FAQ’s

The customer service representative will contact you once the order is placed for confirmation and size guide process. Standard sizes may also be verified.

You may contact the customer service representative via WhatsApp from the same number the order was confirmed. You can also use ‘Contact‘ page for reaching the Evren Laar service center.

Brand will provide free delivery only for the first order dispatch and first exchange from shipper end only. Customers will bear the courier charges of exchange from their end. It will be responsibility of consignee to manage shipment and charges from their end.

Only exchange policy is offered due to size adjustment. Return/refund policy is not offered. All products are designed and made specifically for the customer.

It takes minimum 3 days for the order to be manufactured once the advance payment is received. The delivery time varies depending on the destination and travelling conditions. It may take 3 to 7 working days for delivery at destination.

The order is only confirmed once the advance payment is received. Our customer representative will contact you via Whatsapp for details and confirmation of the order.
