Do you have a different size?
Sizes are mentioned with each product ranging from 40 to 44.
In few products, 45 and 46 sizes are also available. Please check Size tab on each product details.
How do I cancel an order?
You may cancel the order before 3pm at any given day. Once something has shipped, we can no longer cancel the order.

How to track my order?
01. Please read Track Order with your tracking ID provided at Order Status.
02. Tracking number is generated once orders shipment is completed.
03. You will receive the tracking number via email notifications.
04. You can check your dashboard for status and tracking in case of email not being received.
Which mode we use for delivery process?
Our courier partners are TCS & M&P. We can also ship via other courier in case of payment made in advance through direct bank deposits.
How many days are required for delivery?
The standard time is 3 working days. 90% of our orders are delivered within 2 working days and 50% of our orders are delivered very next day.
What is the time of delivery?
The courier service will attempt during 9am to 5pm in day time. In case of non availability of customer, second attempt will be made next day.
Can i check product before payment?
No. The courier service does not allow product checking due to safety measures. The objective is to ensure product is safe and intact during dispatch process.
Can i receive product from nearest courier office?
Yes. The product can be received through self collection from nearest office of our specific courier partner.
What is the maximum receiving time?
The product will be returned to vendor if the consignee does not collect it within 3 days in case of “self collection”. The consignee must inform the vendor to keep it on hold in case of any emergency.
Shall i receive the already open package?
No. Please call the vendor instantly and inform regarding the situation. If the parcel is open, please take take picture and send it to vendor.
Who pays the delivery charges?
No charges, Free delivery.
Brand does not charge the delivery charges for sending product. In case of exchange, customer will send via any courier service and will pay charges at their end. Brand will re-send the product again without any charges.
Can i exchange the product?
Yes. Size, color, and product, are all exchangeable.
Used or Tried articles will not be exchanged. Please ensure the product safety while checking the size. Article with wrinkles or spots will not be exchanged.

Can i return the product?
No. Product can only be exchanged with any other product of similar price or price higher than the existing product. The brand manufactures high quality and reliable products. Evren Laar does not offer product return/refund facility.
Can i get refund ?
No. The brand at this moment does not offer any refund policy.
What if the desired size is not available?
The maximum size is 44 and 45 in few products. Due to different structures of specific shoe designs, only the brand might suggest customer with size 45 to buy size 44. In that case, if the size does not fit, the product will be returned and amount will be refunded after deducting courier charges. If customer insists to send size 44 and it does not fit, it will not be refunded.
Can we make any customization to fix size issues?
We will provide extra interior cushioning in case of minimal size adjustment issues.
What if i do not like the product?
Different customers have different expectations. The term quality is defined in different ways by the customer and by the vendor. The manufacturer is in the best position to determine quality standards. The customer personal preferences will not be considered a reason for refund request.
Slight difference or variation may arise in viewing due to customer viewing device and physical aesthetics. The product design will be same as shown, however, coloring difference sometimes is due to brightness of cell phones, and other product or image viewing devices.
What if the product received is different from picture?
A small variation in actual product seen in images and received product may occur. It is due to different resolution and technology used in different image viewing devices. Also, natural and artificial lighting may impact or change the materials with reflection. Our actual products delivered will be the same in structure, however, color variation may occur due to image viewing technologies.
